OMCO has over 50 roll forming mills with all lines capable of pre-punch or post-punch operations. Punch Press and Long Bed Presses available with capacities ranging from 60 Ton to 500 Ton using electric and hydraulic machinery. PUNCHING OMCO supports your metal cutting needs with cost-effective high-volume notching and order support across our manufacturing footprint nationwide. CUSTOM PACKAGING OMCO’s specialty is roll forming custom design parts. Not only have we developed tooling for basic sheet metal roll forming shapes that are common in many industries but have also produce the tooling needed to meet custom roll forming specifications for commercial products, including specialty products like trucks and trailers. HARDWARE At OMCO, we perform sweeps right in-line with the roll forming mill. This service is one of many efficiently integrated “Plus” operations included in our custom roll forming plus manufacturing capabilities and benefits. SWEEPS OMCO’s ability to incorporate a wide array of customizable fabrication operations including embossing with the rapid production of custom roll formed parts, provides many substantial benefits to our customers. EMBOSSING OMCO can handle the entire production process for meeting your mechanical and visual powder coating needs. Our operations include an ultra-large spray paint booth, batch powder coating system with a gas-fired oven, as well as several pre-coating preparation options such as degreasing and immersion washing. POWDER COATING OMCO’s custom roll forming plus operations includes cost-saving fastener insertion, meeting the surface connection needs for your complex parts structure and system design assembly. FASTENINGS OMCO’s new 200-foot-long roll forming mills can efficiently produce large volumes of custom welded tubes in nearly any profile. The line incorporates a 330-ton pre-punch press, a 3.5″ rafted roll forming mill, and a 150-kW high frequency welder with integrated eddy current monitoring. In addition to custom shapes, our manufacturing plants can provide cost-effective welded tubes that have slots or holes in any configuration with up to 0.25″ thick steel. WELDING
