Skilled Mill Operator / Press Operator
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR MACHINE OPERATORS
1st and 2nd SHIFTS AVAILABLE-We offer a full benefit package
Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shifts. Weekends as required.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Loading, running, and monitoring mill and press equipment in a continuous flow environment. Ensure that the finished product meets quality specs and meets production schedules. Follow all health and safety guidelines per company requirements. Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements:
• Self-motivated.
• Able to work in a manufacturing shop floor setting
• Able to work weekend or extended shift overtime as required
• Dependable with good attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must follow all shop policies and observe company PPE requirements.
• Able to stand for eight hours per day.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to both read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.
Qualifications:
• Machine Operator experience
• Basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to learn quickly
• Must be able to meet physical lifting requirements of 50 pounds occasionally or 25-40 regularly.
Quality Control Technician
1st and 2nd SHIFTS AVAILABLE-We offer a full benefit package
Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shifts. Weekends as required.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Quality Technician is responsible for the inspection of product quality using specifications given.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specifications.
• Provide all necessary paperwork to shop floor for production.
• Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools to production.
• Calibrate all measuring instruments in house and maintain instruments.
• Assist in maintenance of the ISO 9001 program.
• Report and assist in answering any questions on customer specifications brought forth
By the production employees.
• Regularly inspect material being produced.
• Aid in evaluation that all quality procedures are being followed and implemented
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to communicate techniques to employees.
. Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
2. Some minimal lifting required.
3. Ability to work on the computer for an extended time.

Maintenance Technician Position

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair duties on current and new production equipment and tooling used to manufacturer quality products for our customers. Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
• Self Motivated/Able to work independently in a manufacturing shop floor setting.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Stand/Climb/Kneel/Bend for up to 10 hours
• Forklift/Crane/Scissor Lift Training a plus
• Indoor/Outdoor Work activity
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Able to interact with a diverse group
• Able to follow multiple tasks to completion
• Written and Verbal communication skills
• Able to work weekend or extended shift overtime as required
• Must follow all shop policies and observe company PPE requirements.
• Detail oriented and dependable.
