Manufacturing of Roll Formed Parts

With over 50 roll forming mills across our six locations, OMCO’s manufacturing capacity exceeds 700,000 square feet for assuring your roll forming parts are completed on time. By adjusting our production schedules, we can normally accommodate increases in your roll forming requirements quickly.

Complementing our roll forming lines are numerous punching, piercing, and stamping presses as well as many other metalworking operations. We also offer custom fabrication including laser cutting, automated welding and machining strengths.

Each year, OMCO continues to add new capabilities to its manufacturing operations in order to better serve our growing and increasingly diverse customer base whether you need roll forming, fabrication, or solar.

Design and Build

OMCO’s roll forming lines are designed and built in-house or upgraded to a common universal platform from the ground up. Therefore, the design platforms are consistent across all mills, regardless of their location. This improves our response time in getting a new line up and running. For example, any customer’s toolset designed on a 2-inch roll forming mill can be run on any 2-inch mill across our nationwide footprint.
